And I think the app will launch around that time too, or perhaps even a few days before the single. I have given up on hoping it will be earlier (May, summer...) because... to be honest... if Gaga is still toying around in a wheelchair she is not going to promote a single with performances and music video is she? :S At least I would not think so... Plus... September sounds quite good as it is when Just Dance/Bad Romance (if I am not mistaken) were released... and you get all the Christmas sales for the album and the VMAs etc... She will be for sure fully recovered by then... wont interfere with Beyonce´s album etc... etc... Im just gonna think it won't be until September at least... then if something comes out sooner... it will be a surprise and not a disappointment... Also I was watching that video where Gaga shows the fibre optic wig and at the end she says "Get ready for ARTPOP. 2013" .... how cheeky... and naughty... But it's interesting -- even when she tweets, do we ever really have a sense of what's going on with her? She talked about how depressed she was during the whole BTW era, but I didn't really catch that. It also makes me think of just 10 years ago, when celebrities didn't have to tweet and do all this bull**** to reach out to people. They could be much more private. It's more of a burden to bear now, but also, it means more sales for them in the end with the promotion that goes along with social media and tweets. Who knows, maybe this is the REAL "blackout" she was talking about. Maybe she doesn't even allow herself on the internet, so she has no temptation to get distracted by everything else that's going on, in both the music industry and even from the fans, since our perceptions and thoughts about her do influence what she puts out. Maybe she wants to do this album just for herself. And she might feel like she's more creative without the internet distracting her. I know I feel that way, and I wish so hard sometimes I could just disconnect from everything and focus on my work. She didn't announce the blackout, perhaps, because then the media would've been trying even harder to find and pester her to interrupt the blackout.
