It's not the fame which dictates what people get backstage. I assume you if Madonna came to her concert and asked for the backstage meeting she'd probably be denied in any way. And many other celebrities. It's also because Gaga sees those people as prominent in their own way figures and finds it funny and amusing and nice to meet them. I don't know who actually your are talking about, but if it's Willow Smith - then she is the daughter of Will Smith, and the Smith family are one of the biggest Troy Carter friends. Troy Carter is Gaga's manager and she probably knows and has met the Smith family several times, so no wonder she is taking their girl backstage. Marc is a guy who dedicated much of his free time to following her, waiting for her for like hours everywhere and flying to see her shows. But ever since Gaga has started the NA leg of the Ball, she's been talking about ARTPOP little by little, making little comments about it during TEOG and stuff. I think she'll continue to spill info up until the last date of the BTWB, and by then, she'll spill info on the lead singles release date, which will probably be April :) Omg.
