I think it's ridiculous to call this a '2013' album now really. We probably won't get the album till at the (very) least September. While that is still 2013 this really isn't the 2013 album everyone was expecting/hoping for. Also are we really really sure she'll attend VMAS? I understand all of the comeback tweets last year between her and the VMA twitter but a lot has changed since then, her hip injury clearly majorly affected her ARTPOP plans. I can't WAIT until we see what happens for ARTPOP promo. I don't think it'll be anything like Born This Way.
