If Gaga returns at the VMA's in a huge way, it's going to be discussed worldwide. Everyone's going to know about it. This even if people outside usa and canada doesn't watch the show still if something big happen there everyone will know it it will be in new letters,media,tv news,it will be talked about all over the world and everyone music/pop intreassed will watch the peformance later on youtube etc. I remember back in 2010 when gaga slayed everyone and won 7/8? Vmas they showed it on the Tv news here in Sweden the whole day after and showed the clip with gaga in the meat dress with her award in the hand and singing born this way for the first time.
