Last year there was an article that the album was practically finished...was it a lie? Now it seems that Red One does not even know whether or not he will be on ARTPOP. There has been a lot of conflicting information out there. Everytime it seemed we moved one step forward, we seemed to take two steps backward shortly after Ugh this. Remember like, last summer where we thought there was going to be a fall single release? And then how we thought it was going to be a mid-winter single release? And then spring single release? I've considered it She hasn't said anything about the tour being cancelled, probably because it was her decision to end it. If she was already in that much pain, why would she want to do another 20 shows doing the same strenuous activity that put her in that pain in the first place? A month ago, Gaga was finally putting the tracklist together, and now they haven't even worked together for the album yet?
