Hopefully this one has a lasting appeal to me. It was actually the opposite for me. But I think I will love this one immediately off the bat. The game has changed completely. We were all patiently awaiting the end of the BTWB and now it's come unexpectedly early... and Gaga is also apparently in serious pain. Obviously, I hope she gets better, not just for the album, but because she deserves to take a rest. Everything will likely be delayed... I think it's natural for us to feel curious about what's going to happen with ARTPOP, and I don't think it's something to be shaming others for, either. The only reason that I'd be a little upset is because some people will never be able to come to school and scream THERE WAS A FACKING HUGE CASTLE. I'm all for ARTPOP to just get here.... but remember the psychic said we would be crying and praying for GAGA or something? Well... Assuming this either gets worse, or stays where its at for now.... Live Nation Global Touring has confirmed that the remainder of the Lady Gaga Born This Way Ball performances have been cancelled. After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip caused by strenuous repetitive movements in her performances. She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal. Refunds for the cancelled performances will be available at point of purchase starting Feb 14, 2013. omg. sad for the little monsters who didn't have a chance to see her, but even sadder for Gaga, hope she gets well soon. Hopefully she'll do some make up performances when she's better she starts ARTPOP promo in the areas she cancelled. I really don't think we'll get music for aaages now. Apparantly with her condition it can take up to 6 months to recover. So if she releases a single in the next month or two, she wont' be able to promo it much, she won't be able to dance while singing on tv shows etc? And how would she perform the music video?
