When Born This Way (single) came out, she was still working on the album and she didn't finish it until few days before Judas came out. Working on an album never means she's not gonna put out the lead single, + she said multiple times that the album is totally finished, just some final tweaks are being done (she's been saying that since June 2012). So since she really knows that it's coming soon, she started saying things about it and hyping fans, and soon GP. I'm telling ya, the lead single IZ going to be released soon. "This song is about the possibility of love, this one is about success, this one is about the possibility of failure" It sounds so ... I don't even know.
