I just think that any sort of 'Decay' theme would give Gaga the potential to write music about the human psyche, or even better her own (or EVEN better, develop one and decay it down for artistic purposes lol). So the GP and other pressed stans can call her stupid? I'm sure there's a smart, practical way to do so without her actually developing a public persona to kill. I was thinking more in the sense of lyrics, music videos, and performances. It'd be cool if she could build a whole persona just to kill it, but nobody seems down for that. And on topic of GP and pressed stans calling her stupid, would it matter if the act itself were so smart as for them to be stupid enough to go bah humbug about it? I know we all want the GP back on her side again, but if she could do something so amazingly smart as to piss off the GP then I'd rather that. Just imo, I totally understand getting the GP back.I know it's not likely, and nobody would want it, but I'd rather have an extremely intelligent album with extremely intelligent and intricate actions than a GP-friendly album with GP-friendly actions. It's kind of like Electra Heart, Marina made the persona Electra Heart to create an album about her love life, masking it behind the persona of Electra Heart. I could see Gaga doing that, she's already had a few alter-egos. Imagine she has a whole era as her alter ego. Kind of like beyonce's Sasha Feirce. Let's say this persona is Mary Jane Holland, the era could start off light and bubbly and progressively get darker and deeper, until the end of the era where it finally ends, thus the demise of Mary Jane Holland. I don't think this will happen though, if it would, I think it could be really amazing if well executed, and Gaga has potential to execute it will.
