This. Gaga is not Katy Perry. She's not about number ones. She's about winning the pop culture consciousness, which requires not caring if people get pissed when she makes a statement. I really want some new stuff, at least a date, something to look forward too We hardly know anything about ARTPOP. She hasn't even clearly stated that the name of the album is ARTPOP; she said "new album new ink" and that this is the concept... BTW, I think we might get something soon (not gaga soon ).
