DirtyPony 9 Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 still unsure how i feel about this two volume idea...i just want it to be one era, ya know? i would hate for people to be like "ah gaga released 5 albums" then (if she does vol. 1 & 2) and if we're expecting sales to be high, you best believe 10 tracks aren't gunna be on both albums. it should be 6-8 tracks on the commercial release and 5-6 on the experimental. i hate when albums have more than 13 songs on them. and she should just do 3 singles from the first volume and then one risky one from the experimental one. SPACED OUT SINGLES with cohesive videos. if she wants the public back, don't exhaust them! if the 4th single is doing well, release a 5th one. the era would be great then, i have faith in her! If she plans on dividing up the experimental stuff from the from the commercial stuff then just releasing it all at once again would be safer. I feel our fan base is automatically nervous for how volume 2 will perform but nothing is set in stone yet and even the experimental stuff will still have a "good" sound. Gaga is still pop and dance. That must be the reason she splitting up the album. There are just too many songs to consider. Think of it this way: if she postpones the second volume by 6 to 8 months, that means she'll be spending that time refining those songs.
