ELECTRAHEARTPOP 93 Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 I'd love her to put a lot of the trap and complextro tracks on Volume 1, and go down a Ray Of Light route for Volume 2, with some really calm, synth like tracks, but with a new twist obviously. I think that really could change the industry again, if she gets the public eating out of her hand with the commercial single of Volume 1, and then they listen to Volume 2 and get it high in the charts. Will ARTPOP count as 1 or 2 albums? I hope so! I'm really excited to see where Gaga goes with her career following her leave from Interscope. I think her music will get REALLY out of normal boundaries and become something astounding beyond our belief. It's not like she spared the Christians. Burqa probably won't be released as a single. It'll cause controversy, but not much. (Black Jesus, etc.) Maybe a photo in the album booklet was Jeff's reference. What do you mean? What did Jeff say? EDIT: Just saw it. Thanks! If Gaga is making a song referencing their mistreatment of women or the rest of the world then so be it. Tbh these people are focused on death from the start of their lives. They live their lives by a very hateful book. I don't know if any of you have ever read the Quran, but in a nutshell... if you do anything then you deserve to die in a hideous way and if you enforce that punishment then you will die and get s-x. One of my friends at work happens to be a Muslim but her parents are very devout. She doesn't want to, and she's 23, but has to be completely covered head to toe at all times. It's very depressing for her. She feels restricted and repressed almost like her life is a hindrance to superiors born with testicles. Believe what you want to believe. I happen to believe the truth and facts. But there's no reason your beliefs should be enforced on anyone else in the way that religious groups do. I believe lack of uproar comes from fear of racism, which is silly. How is it different to preventing religious leaders abusing children? How is it different to religious groups against homos-xuality? We wouldn't stand for an atheist treating anybody this way. Perhaps if Joseph fritzel had claimed he were a religious practitioner then he would have been able to continue his torrent of torment. My point here is that if people are going to get offended at a song named "Burqa" then maybe first they should ask why they are offended. Do you support female repression, abuse and mistreatment? Are women just items to control and claim ownership over? Furthermore, would you feel safe on a train or plane filled with people wearing burqas? No. It needs to be addressed in a big way. It is a serious problem in the world and even if it doesn't affect you, that doesn't make it any less of an issue. The only person with big enough balls to tackle the issue has come to the forefront. this was really nice. I feel like it describes what she'll do perfectly. I know not all muslims are bad people, like not all Christians are hateful nuts like the Westboro Church people. But I think the whole Jakarta thing really affected her and I'm sure it will find it's way onto ARTPOP. --- I think each volume will have like 10 tracks each or something like that.
