I'm actually pretty sure that if gaga had it her way, she'd put the album out the moment it was done for free. So no, i think interscope is the reason were waiting. That can't be right though because (Troy Carter?) said that "if the label had their way the follow-up to Born This Way would be out already, but we want to take our time" Yeah, I think things have been delayed. Kinda just accepting that there'll be no single this year from her tbh. I think the original plan was for a 2012 album, Jeff even said a Q4 release didnt he? Obviously plans change because ARTPOP is coming in 2013 so the fact Jeff confirmed a 2012 single means nothing to me. Plans are so easily changed. Since Mary Jane is a nickname for weed, I think she is going to have the famous and d--ggie alter ego. Also it might be a song. She says she is going to turn Warhol inside out, this implying with her music fashion technology ect. She also says she is fed up of directors producers all trying to go things she has already done and is classic "gaga". I think she is going to really strip down for the beginning of the era and as the era comes to and end she will be full on mega star on the way she appears!?!?!! That would be a pretty cool idea. aaronyoji 2,007 Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 ^ well, i think shes completely reinventing...well not the best word, but rewriting the new gaga standard, hence why she went back to brown hair, and sort of rewriting what will be a new classic gaga. hopefully people will catch on and stop having old-ga or fame-ga or whatever as the mold that they want her to fit in. maybe the lead single will be the new design for her trademark sound, kind of the way bad romance epitomized the redone gaga formula at its peak.
