Collaborations now in days can be on both parties albums i.e. "Turn Me On" on both Nicki and Guetta's albums and "Good Time" on both Owl City and Carly's upcoming albums. It's cheap to do that. Based on her tweet Lady Gagaâ€@ladygaga I am so excited to announce that a record I've been working on has now become a collaboration with @KendrickLamar for HIS ALBUM It sounds like she was working on this record with him for ARTPOP and now they both have decided to do it for his album, so the material is from the ARTPOP era, and maybe it fits with the themes of the record? The way I read her tweet, it's the exact opposite. She said that it has now become a collab for HIS ALBUM. She stressed the HIS ALBUM part. This leads me to believe that it was originally gonna be on ARTPOP but, since she collaborated with Kendrick, it will now be on his album instead as the style probably fits better with his as opposed to hers. I like Elton generally speaking, I have a few of his classic hits. But a collaboration between Gaga and him has never really interested me. I feel like he would instantly age the song. That's just not what I really want from a Gaga album, but whatever if its on there its on there. It's cheap to do that. It won't be on both I don't understand how thats "cheap" lol People have been doing that for years. It isn't cheap and it isn't classy, it just is.
