Not to mention it would confuse audiences if she was performing at TBWB while performing songs from her latest album as well... Don't get me wrong I hope I'm wrong but I've seen what happens when GaGa and her management team rush an era or make hasty decisions, I am sure they don't want to repeat the same mistake She could just add more dates to the BTWB. The complaint that was filed said that Gaga told the company in APRIL that the album would be out in 2013. It's now almost August. She could easily counter the suit by saying, production is ahead of schedule so we're on for the release by the holiday season. I'm not worried. That's true! Maybe it's flipped. Maybe the album is due in 2012 but the dolls not until 2013. None of this means that Gaga will lose this suit. Things are just up in the air. No reason to freak out.....yet. Fafo 45 Posted July 25, 2012 Share Posted July 25, 2012 Guys what about the guy who said that he asked gaga about if the single will make you want to dance and she said tell me next month ( she meant by it August) and if she won't release the album until 2013 then it makes no sense to hype the single and the album from now and for her to preview a new song from her car , also it makes no sense to tell us the name of the album in September that would give the album too much hype and i guess she learned the lesson from Born This Way tbh . For example, Born This Way album announcement: September 12(ish) 2010. Born This Way FIRST single release: Feb. 11, 2011.
