MetalHausOfJosh 0
I know I was expecting that too and when I was watching the video I was like when is the mermaid part coming, and it never did I remember having in my mind a video full of doctors, and a mermaid and many other Gaga things that we're rumored. Then I seen the video on TV, and I was like, I got over it though like two seconds later and was fine with the video.
VasilisVas 5,005
I remember having in my mind a video full of doctors, and a mermaid and many other Gaga things that we're rumored. The only video I thought was the best from the era was You and I. I was fairly disappointed with the rest of them. I'm hoping the video for the new single will be something short and filled with bright colors like Bad Romance, Poker Face, and Paparazzi. Yes, you are right. Although I think Judas is this era's best video. Dat choreography :legend:
VasilisVas 5,005
Yes, you are right. Although I think Judas is this era's best video. Dat choreography The Judas choreography was truly wonderful, however, the video didn't really quite do it for me. I guess it's just a matter of opinion and personal taste. Overall, I prefer Gaga's shorter videos. Short film videos aren't horrible either though. Paparazzi and Telephone were wonderful (I thought paparazzi video was a little better than telephone) however, Marry the Night was a bit over the top for me. Fusel 1,093
I know it almost one an Emmy No but seriously I did not have a problem with it like half the fan base did. I also liked it, that jacket :legend:
VasilisVas 5,005
I think I read in an older post that there will be 3 collaborations on the new album. As we know, one of them will be Elton John. How epic would it be if Britney Spears and Beyonce would be the other 2 collaborations? I can only imagine the epic masterpiece the videos would be!!! Miel 15,009
I actually liked most of BTW's videos (I'm now fine with EOG, past the inital disappointment). Though I wouldn't want any of the new videos to be like BTW's (or of TF/M's), I do hope Gaga goes all out with her creativity. I feel like BTW's music videos were when she finally unleashed the capabilities of her imagination, for both the good and the bad. 3 points in and ready for more
PaperIz 7,308
4 is a good number for an average album, but it depends on the material. For example, The Fame could have had singles success with Just Dance, Poker face, Love Game, Paparazzi, Starstruck & I like it rough. They would have all gone top 10, easily. Throw in a double release of Eh Eh/BDR and you have epico. TFM could have had BR, Alejandro, Telephone, DITD & SHICD as singles to go top 10 if handled correctly. But the one time they've done more than 4 singles it was a catastrophe. Yes the blame sits with TEOG for the trip, but still... We have songs like scheiße & HML unreleased :/ they could have salvaged, possibly. So, the answer is obvious to me. Try once more for 5 singles but don't risk promo singles and plan releases thoroughly. i hear TEOG on the radio all the time. Everyone loves it. Not much of a trip tbh The Judas choreography was truly wonderful, however, the video didn't really quite do it for me. Marry The Night was my favorite video of the era and maybe of all her videos lol --- So i think the album title is deffo ARTPOP! i mean helloooo she said art and pop in that order=P Edited July 8, 2012 by PaperIz Human generated art

DIVA 666
I LOVE TEOG video! Yes it's simple, but that is what makes it so beautiful! It'a gaga being herself and really tapping in to her inner superstar that we ALL have inside us. I aways see so much of myself in that video. Thats why I love it, and thats why it so perfect for what it is. It's a window of truth into her soul. We're all Stronger Together!
