This might be a long shot, but to me it sounds like she stops herself before 'bad kids' and changes her mind at the last minute? Yes, she did say, it may or may not be on the next album (to get us talking) But she said "It is in no way reflective of the rest of the music on the album" Meaning that it is part of the music on the next album.
