Emvee 8,424
This entire thread reminds me why we live in a world of cynicism and pessimism. Because instead of trying to understand this poor kid and his poor choices, y'all are quick to hate him, his fans, and enjoy it that way. She's not saying to support his choices, she's saying we should be a support system for him cause he's obviously spinning out of control. But of course y'all see the worst possible interpretation if what she said :smh:

That J 12,166
Yea I'm gonna waste my time supporting the fanbase of a snotty arrogant a$$wad who pees in buckets, speeds, gets high, takes d--gs, drinks and is way too young to be doing things like that and never gets in trouble for any of it until now and when he does he smiles like he's having another night in paradise. I'm sorry...I've never been a fan and I appreciate the fact he can actually sing but his absurd attitude kills any talent he may have had. I appreciate gaga wanting everyone to play nice and support each other but baby, lets focus on ARTPOP and not on orange suit monkey baby boy. Stop the drama and start the music.....preferably something not on "Believe". Thanks. Skins 40
No I won't support him. This is so dumb. gaga needs to stop.
Sara 1,128
At no point did Gaga say "Free Justin!" or anything like that. She just wants to support the fans of the artist, because it's not their fault for loving Justin's work. The last thing we need is for 20 million Beliebers to turn into 20 million bitter cynics who will spend the rest of their lives desperately trying to tear down every new artist. Imagine 20 million sites like pawsdownlittlemonsters! :smh:

BananaTouch 0
She means "He's just like you and me. We all ****-up, but there's no need for the bashing" That is what I got from her words too. Some people here are so judgemental and mean They remind me of the same people who bashed Britney in 2007/2008
Sirgagaswag 2
I didn't see any Gaga fans harassing Justin's fans. But she is saying that it's hard for his fans right now because they are watching someone they idolize turn for the worst with the whole internet hoping the worst for him. They have it hard enough right now and encouraging them to not let people's comments hurt them, but also learn from his mistakes and don't go down that path is all Gaga is asking us to do. So either don't send hate toward them, or don't say anything. I think Gagas saying this because back in the late 90s and early 2000s alot of pop stars had the press tearing them apart ei. Michael Jackson and Briteny and she watched them and she wants the beilebers not to have to go through the same type of pain she did
Disregard 50
Support his enablers? Mess. The reason he thinks he's so invincible is because he has 40 million followers who defend everything he does and put enough money in his pockets to ensure that he can get away with pretty much anything. Emvee 8,424
We should be a support system for people who break the law? Why is everyone using that absurd argument!? Oh my god you guys are insufferable. But, in a sense, yes. People who spin out of control like this need the most help because there's obviously something not mentally stable about them. I'm not saying we should congratulate him, i'm saying he needs help. It's not rocket science. Edited January 24, 2014 by Lets Party

lastlinefirst 1
I agree that we should support his fans, I don't agree and will not in any way be supportive of his behavior. Drunk driving is one of THE MOST idiotic and selfish things someone can do. I am furious over it actually. People who drive drunk piss me off because they don't give a damn about anyone but themselves. If you want to drink, fine. But don't you DARE get into a vehicle, drive erratically, and then run the risk of killing someone because you're too much of an idiot to call a cab. Inexcusable.
