She blocked a fan with the title "KatySlaysUrFaves" because she thought their username brought drama and negativity, now she is making subtle and shady references to other female popstars. Intentions don't make too much of a difference, what really matters is the outcome. I don't think that she was angry or jealous of Miley but she does seem to be insinuating that she is #1, all the pop girls follow what she does and that she is the original while Miley is a copy. That's what that tweet implies and that's a little hypocritical of a woman who keeps saying that women in pop can co-exist and how there is no competition or drama.
