I think she's just acknowledging the use of dental accessories in pop culture. Gaga has that weird 6th sense to know what will become part of pop culture... grillz, fake teeth and all are becoming that. Madonna and Katy Perry have been wearing grillz lately. Beyonce and Rihanna too. Now Miley is using fake teeth. That's like the 6 main ladies of pop music playing with the same feature.But you know, the Dope cover actually has meaning. Drugs can make you lose teeth and can hurt your gums, that's why it's part of the cover. All the other uses are pretty irrelevant but Gaga is not commenting on that. She's not judging anything, just acknowledging something. She's just saying "I had this hunch about dental accessories and now it is indeed becoming 'a thing'". It would have been completely random. Remember when she shaded Nicki at the VMA awards with this? Then she deleted it and said she was sorry and only trying to make a joke with her fans not seriously attack Nicki. I feel like this is another one of those instances. I think she's just happy other artists are inspired by her. I mean, this is Gaga. She LOVES pop culture. She studies it. She's written music about it.
