super ultra 878
And 56 million listeners on Spotify More than Alejandro, Just Dance and Telephone. DWUW pays R Kelly's rent tbh. this. THE GP WAS SO HERE FOR IT. WHY GAGA WHY. IT COLD HAVE SOLD LIKE 6-8M TRUST ME. literally everyone loved the song
Rollercoaster 2
This song would've brought her back from the brink. Especially with live vocals. The fact it had no video when she is famous as a video creator is ridiculous. Even if it'd been some kind of docuvideo...
2NE1LG 193
It just hurts to think of what could have came to fruition. Such an underrated/underexposed gem
Guest
it would have been huge if she released a video
SISTERV 3,887
With a video and a little more promo, this song would have reached number one and easily gotten Bad Romance level YT views. Imagine the controversy. Judas era would have had nothing on this smash. But it was a promo single turned single with little promo because it was promoted like a promo single. that still went #12. And got pretty good radio play. I'm from Dayton, Ohio and on our largest pop station, it was the most requested song of the week for 8 weeks in a row. this is the first song the GP was actually here for since The Edge of Glory tbh You and I, Marry The Night, and then Applause just didn't serve the delicious pop hook the way DWUW does. Slayer 9,227
Sigh. Sigh. Sigh. Anything DWUW-related just gets me so upset. RELEASE A DAMN VIDEO, ANY VIDEO. COULD'VE BEEN THE SAVING GRACE FOR GAGA'S CAREER. God no, not THAT video. It looked trashy and basic as hell. There's a reason she didn't release it. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!
Pain of fame1 229
literally everyone loved the song THIS THIS AND THIS. EVERYBODY IN MY SCHOOL, NLCUDING LOTS OF STRAIGHT BOYS WHO HATED GAGA OR SAID THAT GAGA WAS TOO GAY LOVED THE SONG. R kelly and her was the perfect collabo. Applause maybe does but the lyrics weren't relatable so people couldn't relate to it
filsns 173
I'll never get over the DWUW mess
VasilisVas 5,200
I never cared much for this song, just like the rest of the songs on ARTPOP. I somewhat liked it at first, but then my interest in it completely went away. Once it was released with Xtina, I began to like it again, but again, the interest quickly fizzled away. The only songs on the album that I can still listen to are Venus, Applause, and ARTPOP. The rest of the songs I haven't heard for over 8 months. Omegahedron 190
Yeah DWUW is such a jam. Pity about the R. kelly feature. Oh and the video
charliekelso 115
Looking back, even though I love Mary Jane Holland and it's still my 4th favorite Gaga song, Do What You Want is perfection. Only loses to Marry the Night and Bad Romance. I hope the next album campaign doesn't make me forget that. Only Gaga and Beyonce always make me excited for pop. I love ambition and they have a lot. davidnail 56
I catch so many non-monsters still singing the verse casually in conversation. It is stuck in our collective consciousness.
