I've refreshed the video at least 10 times (after watching at least 40 seconds of the video each time... plus sitting through the advertisement) what's going to happen? when? If you watch AT LEAST 31 seconds of the G.U.Y. video on VEVO/Youtube and do that 10 times, a surprise will show up on your screen what happens? i've done what you said to do.
