Perhaps the ARTPOP era won't truly begin until ACT II. #reaching You may be right... The album feels "incomplete" without the other half of the songs...Gaga is going to release it tomorrow at midnight and slay Beyoncé's new album and be adored by the world with 10 #1's... Maybe Gaga will promote Act I and Act II at the same time... THIS! She's trying to finish up the second act so she can tour with all of the songs together and not pull a Mrs. Carter tour... I also just remembered that Gaga is in Chicago, so maybe he does means Gaga and him. This mutual gaze was a “longing to touch” or a "pre-coitus" stare.
