He has to be professional.

He's still in the music biz. If he drags a former client in public, who would ever want to be managed by him in the future?

Good call, if he starts being shady about his former clients it won't be a good signal towards other artists that he would wanna add. They could think: is he gonna be the same with me?

I just wonder what happened exactly...

And if there's anyway possible they can salvage their relationship...

He seemed to have been doing a good job managing her up until recently/before their split....

Recalling when the pair first met, he explained: "She walked in with these huge sunglasses on, fishnet stockings, and basically told me how she was going to change the game."

How's that for EPIC  :gaga:

Anyway I like that he is being very professional about it. I hope they parted on decent terms.

It seems a lot sadder now! I bet they will end up being friends at least! But he doesn't need to get it twisted. He attributes himself to her success, please. Nobody but Gaga made that happen!

Hardly.. Gaga didn't do it all on her own. She had an entire team around her.

Troy was a great manager, but his job didn't allow Gaga the freedom she wanted. She still felt like she was being controlled by the music industry when that's not what she wanted. Their relationship was professional, they just didn't see eye to eye. Some other back story stuff could have happened as well, but those stories never get told. I think it was for the best, especially if it allows Gaga to be herself without restraints.
