Its the 5th single because Bang Bang is on ME & the song is under Jessie, Ariana & Nicki's name. its really no exception, many songs in the past followed the same pattern and are considered individual singles by the artists that are credited on the song. its also no secret that the song's success was heavily impacted by Ariana & Nicki's presence. You can't even purchase it off her album, but you can off Jessie's. I feel like Ariana fans want it to be included as a single off ME so her album era will look even better. I feel like Ariana's haters (not calling you a hater) want to dismiss it off her discography / era to make the ME era look worse. it is technically included as part of the ME era and is officially a track on the album. period. the only reason it was massive on the radio was because it had Ariana on it, so lets not now.
