May I ask who mostly listens to Taylor Swift? I'd love to know her primary audience. Is it young girls? Pre-teens?

Same as Katy Perry.

Damn, it just never ends for her, does it... I don't think she's had a single flop ever since her career started...

Too bad I'm not a fan

DWUW was just a promo single it it broke the record WITH THE MOST #1 ON ITUNES WORLDLDWIDE and the FASTEST SELLING SONG IN THE US (MORE THAN 100K IN 8H). Just a promo single. And AURA/BURQA the most serched song on google ever.

Why does everything have to be about gaga? This is a Taylor related thread in the entertainment section. If you want to talk about gagas accomplishments do that in the many gaga sections of the forum. Yes those are great achievements, but Taylor is dragging everyone's accomplishments right now, theres no denying her power.

she knows not to waste Bad Blood as a promo single. Wait till the second single ;)

Exactly, with all the hype around it due to the Katy rivalry it'll be spun on radio and chart with ease. Taylor and her label are being incredibly smart with promo and scheduling.

It can't chart though, it don't matter. And these are just album pre-orders, look Taylor swift being front loaded in the US. Nothing new. Nothing groundbreaking.

nnnnnn a Katy fan trying to discredit her :sharon: it may not count for charts but it still slays.

And frontloaded sales? Red stayed non-consequently at #1 during a large part of winter in 2012 :awkney:
She'll sell out Katy in two weeks :toofunny:

who will love me when the night is over

I'm gonna enjoy it so much when America decides they've had enough of her and begin to destroy her entire career.

Just like they've done with every succesful female artist ever. :fan: :fan:

Oh, I'm just visiting-

Same demo, so yes.

I didn't say they were the same people...although many of them are. Out in the real world (away from the ATRL crazy types) music fans do enjoy multiple artists, without worrying about these useless diva wars!

So Pink, U2, and Jessie J will struggle to debut with a combined 100k.
