I'm not sure actually :huh: That's one Adele album that's done super amazingly, let's see if she can repeat even a tiny bit of success with her future albums :yes: With Taylor she has consistency on her side though, although first week sales aren't the be all and end all of success :laughga:

‘1989’ sold 43,428 copies in only three days beating the ‘Red’ debut with 29,369 sales.

Swift also had an unusually high percentage of digital sales with ‘1989’ selling 25,737 digital copies to 17,691 CDs.

Swift’s 43,428 sales makes ‘1989’ the fastest selling album of 2014 beating Coldplay ‘Ghost Stories’ which sold 34,097 in its first week.

Bulgaria. It's just common bulgarian name, the origin for both is Katerin which  I think is Slavonian name in the West it's transformed to Katrin, Katy and in East it's Katerina, Katrina, Katia :shrug:

We have the name Katia in Greece as well.
