Lol

Seriously, if we look at record sales, Taylor is at 170. She is halfway to Madonna's total with thirty more years to get there.

I think its unfair comparison both ways around. Some may argue that album sales were stronger back then, which is a valid argument. Some may argue that single sales are stronger these days & there are far more singles than albums (the ratio between them is actually 1:5), which is also another valid argument.

IMO, there should definitely be a system that separates the old area from the digital area.

Either way, no female artist will ever reach Madonna's level of impact / legacy she'll leave behind.

Yeah, I agree the comparisons are both unfair, as times have changed and the way we consume music is vastly different.

As to your last statement, let's agree to disagree on that one.

Since Mills uses record sales often, it was an interesting comparison and showed that Taylor is definitely a steady seller who is staying at the top of her game.

Funny how they consider One Last Time to be a smash. I wonder what that makes DWUW :green:

Aw....that's not funny of BB. It is a smash! Awesome song!

You don't like the song? It fits in so well on the radio mixed in with all the other song.
