Madonna is the problem here, not the music. Pop radio doesn't want to spin a woman pushing 60. Even when she actually delivers quality wise.Ghosttown is so amazing. It's probably one of my favorite songs of all time. Why is pop radio so ageist? It's definitely hit material. Even at that, the song is pretty basic. The only chance Madonna had on Pop radio, was to put out a song that was completely unique and with a really interesting collab partner.
