On Digital Songs, "Funk" falls 1-2 after seven weeks on top with 301,000 downloads sold (down 6 percent) in the week ending Feb. 15. The track has sold at least 300,000 for seven consecutive weeks, marking the best such run since Pharrell Williams' "Happy" (the Hot 100's No. 1 song of last year) also racked seven straight weeks of sales of 300,000 or more (March 1-April 12, 2014). Those are the longest such streaks since Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines," featuring Pharrell and T.I., linked a record 10 weeks in a row of selling at least 300,000 in 2013

I really love Ellie's song. It's very simple but s-xy. I wish radio would start playing it more. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to play the #1 song on iTunes?

Maybe it will pick up, but that's radio for you. It's like they have set artists that they will wh*re out no matter the song (i.e. Rihanna, Maroon5), but don't may attention to what people really want to hear.

Maroon 5 is the only "competition" because they're in the middle of an album cycle. I mean in a way Gaga is too but jazz and pop are obviously different when it comes  to album cycles lol

That is so cool I didn't know that Maroon 5 is going to perform!

Do we know if they will do one of their own songs or some cover?

Mess, pop radio is trying to make Outside happen when obviously no one wants it. I like the song but the GP obviously doesn't use.
