Average album sales. Miley: 2 streaming hits. Below average album sales. In that case, I can argue Lorde ruled 2013 since she had better album + single sales. Honestly, I don't think any female was dominant in 2013. None came close or even 1/4 to how dominat Adele, Gaga and Swift were in their respective years.
