I don't see any sense in rooting for a song that I not only consider bad but was just a plain disappointment given how hyped I was for it. You said a year back that you could finally 'breathe' again and come back to listen to radio because she wasn't on it. Â We Found Love: #11 first week, fell out of the top 20, rose to #1 29 days later. Â Diamonds: #4 first week, fell out of the top 10, rose to #1 49 days later. Â Rihanna's never front-loaded so it's hard to call how well her singles will do until they've been out for a while. Â Indeed. Even Only Girl actually reached #1 after the 2nd single (What's My Name) did. I remember people on this forum calling both WFL and Diamonds flops straight away, and as you pointed out, they both turned out pretty damn well. Â I know this is quite a drastic change for her, more so than any of her other leads, but I still wouldn't rule it out.
