And she's actually up against competition that isn't that strong this year. Janelle Monae in't successful or relevant enough to win (Lana proved you don't need #1's to get the award but she's much bigger than Janelle). Katy Perry had her obligatory #1 lead single here but Unconditionally flopped hard and her live vocals have been slammed in recent weeks (ultimately, she's not as big here as she was with her last era). Lorde only has one big hit (which wasn't even that big in the UK) and her album's doing terrible. The committee should realise that she's a one hit wonder and resist the urge to let her win. And as for Pink, 2012 was really more of her year and she only had one big single in 2013. I just feel like she's slipped off the radar too much since the beginning of the year to win. Gaga would seem to have a really decent chance. But if she doesn't win, I hope Pink does. Though I think the competition is all about Gaga, Katy and Lorde. Why do they even book her for performing when she doesn't help with ratings one, and two she is a lousy performer. Mess Congrats to Gagz for getting a nomination tho!
