Gagaloo911 12,959
Sorry for wanting a fun era. Stop the drama start the music remember? If only it would happen. You need a reality check. Obviously something major is or has been going on and here all you're worried about is her doing sh*t for you n for your own benefit. Some fan you are You shouldn't even be here
Lady 748
OK, so I guess her sadness is keeping her from uploading DWUW to VEVO? It's her label. The video was too s-xual and her label thought it's not going to do any good for her, especially when R.Kelly is also in the vid. So they either made a new one, edited this already filmed one, or are not going to release it at all.
Luc 4,775
Does anyone know what she was responding to in this post? Messaged Kaye on LM.com, I think she's going to answer. Edit: She said how she hadn't been bullied for 2 weeks, and that ignoring the bullies really helped her. Edited January 5, 2014 by Luc

Arturo 40,746
I'm sure (and I hope) that we ALL want Gaga's true vision to show in her music and visuals without it being safe-censored by interscope. And yeah it sucks that labels would censor her for whatever reasons they have, but what can you do? I hope she's at a happier time during artRAVE. Gov Hooka 8,008
Oh come on, just look at some foreign pop stars who never make it but and are on,y known by a few thousands. The little sponsorships they gain is enough for them to make their fans happy. Gaga's big enough to rely on herself to release music. She won't be as big but that's not a bug deal. I'm all here for her deciding to drop her label and become independent, in other words to possibly cease being a pop star. I don't know if other fans are. Weasel 12,525
I'm between laughing my arse off and a double facepalm. This is exactly what she means that she does not want to be seen as a product you just buy for your convenience. Maybe this is a point for you to just get rid of you stan card and go back to KP. I don't see her as a product but it is what a pop star does isn't it? Making people happy with their music and artistry. Seems like 2013 was mostly filled with sad and depressing emotions. I thought it would go away this year with things to look forward to. But it's not been a week and she's already back to being dramatic and cryptic. ProudUnicorn 37
"hundreds of millions" you sound like angela cheng... I'm pretty sure that with no one getting a cut from her sales, touring ect. she can be just as huge as she is. Of course she'll need a team, a manager and stuff like that. I'm not saying she can do it all by herself. I think you misunderstood my post. I said that the bigger cost is marketing, not the staff. I said that the staff is not the only thing that they have to spend money on. She cannot be as huge without the big backing of the record label's ability to do advertising, product tie-ins, promotions, etc. due to them spending hundreds of millions of dollars that Gaga doesn't have. I work in the entertainment industry as marketing and PR working mostly with video games and lesser known musical acts, so I do know what I'm talking about here. Bye 3,947
I'm so happy to see so many people supporting Gaga in this thread. We all love her and want what's best for her.
exoskeleton123 6
Jesus Christ this just keeps getting weirder and weirder She shouldn't be taking jabs at the label who helped her to be who she is today though She should when they're impacting her career negatively and psychologically. Her happiness should be more important than her success and the money she's bringing in for interscope.

She'd still be making pop music tho ;) if they're really her fans they should be fans of the pop part and not the star part of popstar ;)
Queen 99
Could everyone who is attacking people trying to see the bigger image give it a rest nobody is here for your pressedness and I hope Gaga sorts whatever is going on. All the legends have problems with their management. I just hope to god she doesn't go down the d--gs route again.
MonsterMum 2,532
It's her label. So they either made a new one, edited this already filmed one, or are not going to release it at all. My best guess is we should forget about the vid. But that's just my gut feeling. The record label descides pretty much a few things: what single is gonna be pushed, the release dates, budget for an MV, releasing a MV (or not, thats ofc also an option). She is able to choose the director by the looks of it and then present it but if they not liking it, that's it.

It's just not possible, I feel like considering her massive success from 2009 to 2011. She has too much support worldwide. But the problem is she needs a label to GROW the support, and not just eventually fade away.
Queen 99
She should when they're impacting her career negatively and psychologically. Her happiness should be more important than her success and the money she's bringing in for interscope. I agree but in reality everyone has to work and do things they don't wanna do. That's life. We could be totally misinterpreting this for gaga being melodramatic.
