I hope this isn't true. I understood the social and political significance of JHud performing with Mary Lambert at the VMAs, but I'm not getting this. Can they not let Mary have her moment? She wrote the hook and sang it solo on the song. Is Mary not famous enough for these award shows? If this rumor is true, it's rather insulting to Mary.
