Jesse Pinkman 4,660
I like your point. Maybe it has something to do with the parents. A 10 year-old kid would actually not witness this kind of stuff if he doesn't have an iPhone/iPod yet. Yep. It all starts at home. Kids are constantly exposed to pop culture. Parents should be checking in on whatever kids are watching/listening to and steer them in the right direction. That would eliminate a lot of problems later on. It's science, bitch
SEANGT 4,958
Of course not bc that would make me a hypocrite too. I'm just concerned about the kids and how blatant is this in the public. If that's the case, I mean if that's okay for most of you, then p*** video should now be also available anywhere without age restriction. people are responsible for their own children. This is a video on the internet nobody is forced to watch. If you have children, worry about them. Don't let them watch it. Otherwise there's no point worrying about s-xuality being popular. If that's the case, I mean if that's okay for most of you, then p*** video should now be also available anywhere without age restriction. You're doing too much. It's up to YouTube to decide what is worthy of age restrictions. And I'm not gonna worry about kids. That's not my issue and it's certainly not Nicki's. It's not her fault if kids watch the video. It's not her fault if there are ****ty parents who don't talk to their kids about appropriate behavior and media influences. I mean, ****. I was reading super s-xually graphic novels when I was 11. When I tried to tell my dad it was too inappropriate for me, he told me he just spent $20 on the book and I better go finish it. The point is, you can't expect everyone else to parent your child. If you don't think this video is appropriate for your kid, don't show them it. If you're worried about the influence on your kid, talk to your kid. It's so easy to be a lazy ass parent and blame other people for making stuff that you don't want your kid to see.
Vernier 3,786
It obviously racked up so much views because it was an impeccably directed music video with amazing cinematography and Anaconda is a masterpiece :koons: Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn
ByeBye49 161
Parents should control the kid, not being allowed to do what you want JUST because a kid might see is kind of weird.
SKYER 2
But the video is so boring - I don't get it
Willy Wonka 4
What if some people are? You just expressed it like being uncomfortable with it is a bad or degrading thing for a human-being.. No, not at all. I'm completely respectful of that. But if you're uncomfortable with s-x, of course you're going to think the video is too much. But that's something that you should handle within yourself, not something you should project onto the rest of society.
xzxyyxzx 116
It figures.. She was the first to break the record with stupid hoe, and now she reclaims the title with anaconda... I can't at y'all saying this record won't be taken serious she started the trend.. "Follow the fomula, violence, d--gs, and s-x sells" - Macklemore What about it Gaga follows that formula too, as does everyone Else who's in the industry or trying to get In
Dunk96 2,526
Sex sells. its been that way since the beginning of time. Yep,including Mary Magdeline, she was the world's first entrepre-wh0re.
Willy Wonka 4
Furthermore, I think a lot of people said the same thing about Lady Gaga when she came out. EVEN FURTHERMORE, a lot of people say the same thing about homos-xuality. You have to realize people's children are their problem. Projecting restrictive moral values on others is tacky. Yeah, it's not her fault but who make that video at the first place? Also, it is unavoidable for the children coz we all know most of them know how to use those gadgets that can access the internet, even if their parents will restrict them. But okay, if you don't mind children watching s-xual stuff then that's business and I have mine. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body." What you're suggesting is widespread censorship in order to protect children. I couldn't agree less with that. The most important thing is having an open dialogue with your kids. Don't expect media to parent for you. Furthermore, it just shows how ****ed up our priorities are when we worry about depictions of s-xuality much more than we do graphic displays of violence. xzxyyxzx 116
What about it? Every artist sells s-x.. Gaga, katy, nicki, to lana.. It's a universal subject. It means nothing congrats to Onika she was the first to break the record with stupid hoe and now she claims the title again with anaconda
