Yes! It is probably the best show currently airing on TV right now. Everyone that I know thought they would hate it but they fell in love. You have to start from the beginning though, you will not understand ANYTHING otherwise.

Couldn't sleep last night because of this freaking show ugh

 

I already knew Oberyn would die since some idiot wrote on another forum that he wouldn't play a big part in the series.

 

If Tyrion gets killed off then i'll be mightily pissed off, it seems like they are killing off characters just for the shock value which can only go so far.

Sansa is my fav, then Arya, then Dany (I actually lost my love for Dany I don't know why but I don't feel her like I felt before :excuseme: )

 

Because Dany has recently become ridiculous. She's just sitting around in Mereen sending out armies and doing stupid **** trying to control slaver's buy, instead of going to Westeros when she FINALLY has that ****ing fleet of ships. NEWS FLASH DANY: when you control Westeros you have an even LARGER army and you can control Slaver's Bay with it. :') The reason we all love Dany is because she went from nothing -- from being an abused and bought prostitute -- to the Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons. The last book she's done nothing except fly off into the desert and sh!t herself. IMO it's out of character and annoying.

 

Even George Martin said he didn't know what to do with her. He wanted her to go to Westeros but needed the stories to "come together" first or something, e.g. Tyrion entering Mereen. That's what he called the Mereneese Knot. His original plan was actually to skip the events of the last 2 books and skip ahead a few years in time, but he decided not to do it. That's why we got those 2 dull out-of-character books of filling just to be able to describe some "important events!" that I personally don't even remember.

 

I think the next book's going to be amazing again now that the filler is out of the way, but if this is true and he's apparently still not capable of cutting out unimportant material then we're going to get Feast For Crows part 3.

I'm a huge fan of Cersei. <3 Everyone expects her to die horribly but I would love it if she's one of the dragon riders. Tyrion's cool (especially in the TV show) but meh. It doesn't make sense for Cersei to be one of the dragon heads, though... Nor Tyrion. Don't they need Targaryen blood? That's why Jon and Dany are candidates. And the *spoilers* prince boy who got roasted trying to ride one lolll.

I miss Catelyn so much, she was my favorite character other than Daenerys 

I am personally just praying that Daenerys dies epicly if she must die and that Cersei NEVER dies. I would be so happy if in the end of all of this, she comes out on top. Shes Evil as ****, and her death would be the MOST tragic... she is a villain and the good guys dont always win but i mean seriously, im just so attached to her

Are you serious or sarcastic? I can't tell. xD Would be happy to tell you about it though.

 

And +1 I'm a huge Cersei fan. I don't get all the hate. She's one of those villains you feel strangely sympathetic for, as opposed to, say, Tywin Lannister who is just a huge asshole and responsible for gang-raping Jaime's wife.

 

I love Dany but I wouldn't mind her dying. All my favorite movies and stories have a tragic, memorable ending, like Sister Jude's death in AHS: Asylum.

 

What I do really really wish is that Arya becomes insanely powerful (like Jaqen and his "supernatural" murders) somehow and actually assassinates everyone on her list.

Maggy was correct. Originally Cersei was to marry Prince Rhaegar Targaryen, but ends up marrying Robert Baratheon- who ends up becoming King. The younger Queen could refer to Margaery Tyrell who will eventually become the new Queen when she marries Joffrey/ Tommen. Cersei's downfall began with the arrival of Margaery Tyrell.

My guess is that "gold crowns" is referring to either their hair, or that all three of them will be crowned at some point in their lives (and two of them have thus far, Joffrey and Tommen).... and all three will die (a shroud is a length of cloth that is wrapped around a dead person).

Well, with all three of her beloved children dead, it would make sense for her to be... "drowning in tears". She has lost everything she held so dear: her children, her power, her beauty, her confidence, etc.

Someone chokes her to death once after all three of her children have been crowned (and are dead). The valonqar= "little brother", however that doesn't necessarily mean her little brother... it could be anyone who happens to be a "little brother." My guesses are Jaime, or Sandor Clegane.
