I won't say - but the author was interviewed and actually said he has surprises which haven't been revealed in the books yet as to who played a part in the Purple Wedding so I guess.. none of us know for sure. I stan for Loras/Oberyn. (I want a s-x scene between the two of them) I also stan for Tyrion/Sansa. And also for Jaime/Brienne. I loathe Cersei (Lena Headey is just phenomenal as Queen Cersei). Bran's vision was intriguing. Theon's a mess. Melissandre needs to loosen up my God. This season's shaping up to be absolutely epic! Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

So far, this season is shaping up to be amazing, even though we are only 2 in. :) The ones in charge of casting for this show really should be commended - it hasn't been since LOST that I've cared so much about the characters and looked forward to watching. I'm even temporarily paying for HBO just so I can watch it right when it airs. I'm sure many others are doing that too. Zoey Brooks 0 Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 In case anyone wants to know who did it and how: MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON Olenna Tyrell, Littlefinger, and Ser Dontos (the fool who Sana met in the godswood) planned it (although it's unclear how large a part Ser Dontos actually played in the planning). Dontos gave Sana her necklace, and one of the gems was coated with poison. When Olenna fixed the necklace at the wedding, she took the poisoned gem and slipped it into Joffrey's wine when he wasn't looking, leaving it to look like Tyrion poisoned the wine. There was that one key bit of dialogue that made it hella blatant. Either way, a phenomenal episode.
