Not entirely true. Austria isn't a big market.

 

If we take the lowest difference in ratio between 2 songs on iTunes on Austrian iTunes, we take a look at #97~100 and #87~96 (yes that means that song #87, #88, #89 etc. have sold the samein the past day and #97, #98, #99 and #100 have sold the same - probably even more, but I can't see past the top 100).

The difference is 0.0434570300 - 0.0386962900 = 0.0047607400

Then we divide 1 by 0.0047607400 and get the total sales for the #1 right now, which is 210,0. That means that the #1 has sold 210 copies in the last day, and DWUW has sold 87 copies in the last 24 hours. It's selling more per 20 minutes in the US than in Austria in 24 hours while being #5 in Austria while being out of the Top 20 in the US, which is why I think that these tens of Austrian chart threads aren't necessary.
