I'm not Gaga's usual demographic (straight male, later 20s) and as a result, I don't have too many friends who are into her. I went with my cousin last year, who isn't as big a fan as I am; she's more a casual fan. She didn't like the whole Monster Pit setup last year (all the waiting in line/standing the whole show/annoyance with overly-enthusiastic fans), whereas I like to be as close to the action as I can. I'm not there to spend time with someone, I'm there for the artist Not to mention at Gaga shows (especially the ones in the Midwest) you always know someone!
