Who else but the queen of pop? :reductive: It's almost sad that she was able to do over 100k with no promo and no hit single whereas GaGa only did 258k with a hit single and tons of hype. Katy only did 286k with a massive single and coming off a massive era. If she did promo and still only sold 100k, that would be flopping. She didn't do promo which = low sales expectations which = different criteria for flopping. If she did 50k, that would be flopping.
