Who else but the queen of pop? :reductive: It's almost sad that she was able to do over 100k with no promo and no hit single whereas GaGa only did 258k with a hit single and tons of hype. Katy only did 286k with a massive single and coming off a massive era. And they still did over 200K, that's embarrassing. And all the respective fan bases know it. Britney Jean did very impressive in it's first week. She is just still in the 00s while pop is a lot ahead of her and she doesnt seem to understand this. Of course she is Britney Spears and she will stay forever famous and big and all, but for me she just seems so late and empty... her interviews are horrendous she has like no opinion on anything whatsoever.. This is quite impressive because Britney did absolutely NO PROMO and she still pulled in over a 100K+ copies in the 1st week. Good Job, Britney! If you wanna talk about flopping....Look at Katy, GAGA, and Miley's 1st week sales. These 3 women who are the top females right now, after all the publicity and promotion pulled in only 200K +. What happened with Katy, GAGA , and Miley is what's embarrassing because no one expected them to debut that low after all was said and done, but almost everyone expected Britney to debut around 75K - 100K, some even predicted 45k.
