TEANUS 14,924
No. We aren't anxious because the shows weren't sold out but BECAUSE in PERTH 2/3 of the upper level were behind the curtain. No I mean the people like the one whos gonna post the scores are so soon to release the Australian boxscores when we've been waiting months for the NA boxscores. ;) British social ladies with upturned pinkies, glasses clinking // xoxoTEANUS

Griffin 6
Every Australian show will be 1M+ for sure. Based on her BTWB ticket average, she only needs to play to 7.5k people to make a million dollars down here. We know that every show was above that. Yeah, I think people are extremely underestimating them. My predictions: Perth: 10,500 - $1.1M Melbourne: 19,000 - $2.1M Brisbane: 11,000 - $1.2M Sydney: 27,500 - $3.1M

Sorry if this has been discussed before! She has played 45 shows as of tonight but only the first 14 shows have been reported by Billboard. $13.9M total. So is this tour expected to gross more or less than her previous tour? If not will it be significantly a lot less or close as I hate all the Gaga haters who are calling her a flop. It upsets me when they say that!

Well she's only doing like 75 dates on this tour compared to 98 on the BTWB Also, she's not playing as many stadiums and her ticket prices are cheaper. So yes, it'll be significantly less. She's playing at arenas and some stadiums in this tour. In her previous tour she played most of the shows in stadiums. BTWBall: Dates: 98 Gross: 181,1 million Audience: 1,643,407 artRAVE: Dates: 78 Gross: 95-100 million Audience: 950k-1 million another shot before we kiss the other side
Mills 446
So is this tour expected to gross more or less than her previous tour? If not will it be significantly a lot less or close as I hate all the Gaga haters who are calling her a flop. It upsets me when they say that! With far less tour dates and less average ticket price compared to BTW Ball's, it's surely expected to gross less. artRave at best could likely end up near the $100 million mark in total gross revenue, but then again that's the best scenario we're all aiming for. No absolute certainty with topping the 100M mark. BTW Ball on the other hand grossed $181.1 million from its 98 dates.

I don't care either way I love her but it gives the haters ammunition!
Mills 446
Less demand, less dates. The album in itself wasn't a massive commercial success. And that led to her smallest world tour in terms of dates since 2009's TF Ball. One cannot just add dates without sufficient demand for actual purchase. Otherwise, they'll just incur financial losses. And there's nothing wrong with keeping the dates relatively low. It's the most logical and practical thing to do.
