I really dont know what livenation were thinking of with this tour, the minimal promo hasnt worked and i dont know why they think it would. we have to remember its not Gaga that says oh yeah lets have posters in bus stations etc she doesnt really get a say in that, in the promotional stunts she would have influenced or had a say in such as her album cover reveal in times square.

we also have interscope to blame for not taking Gaga to Australia to do promo, i mean she went to Japan in December (if I remember correctly) so she could have easily built in a few days in AUS for TV and radio. even if it was a few talent show performances and radio interviews, but nope. nada.

i feel they disregarded ARTPOP before it was even given a real chance to shine. yeah the opening week numbers werent AS good as contemporaries but were still good mind, I just feel they gave up. There was massive hype before the album, and then they gave in.

So we dont really have Gaga to blame for this because she wont say, lets go to Australia and perform on X factor and I'll do an interview with ..... & ..... thats all pre-planned for her.

hopefully after this Jazz album (s), Interscope would have pulled their finger out and got their promo together for her return to pop.

@Rod_Laver_Arena is it true there's a 2 for one ticket deal for Saturday and Sunday night

Rod Laver Arena â€@Rod_Laver_Arena  11h

@martin_3133 Hey Martin, we are not offering a 2 for 1 ticket deal. Get more information here > http://bit.ly/1r47WRe

Well, RLA are right THEY did not have a 2 for 1 deal....it was a special link with Qantas - nothing to do with the arena itself. Ticketek were still selling tickets normally too at the time.

And no, the 2 for 1 wasn't just for Perth - it was for all the Aussie shows (for whomever asked about it). :)

lol even if it was meant to be, they'd take one look at the crowd and reschedule. :dies:
