It says for "certain events" so maybe Gaga's just doesn't offer those.

Try with other artists. If you can't get it with other artists then maybe we're doing something wrong lol

No there was a special link. It's in conjunction with Qantas, and in the Qantas newsletter there was a link. Let me see if I can find mine. Hang on.
