Since she is not doing any shows in NZ and had (before the 2 extra shows in Aus were added) 3 days off between each of the Aussie shows basically, I don't see how adding one show in NZ would cause her to injure her hip?

The ideal move for the 3 weeks Gap:

Gaga announces Gypsy as a single. Promotes both the single-album and the US dates with a performance and interview in Ellen. Gaga leaves for Australia and promotes the Tour and the single-album with performances of Gypsy and Applause that she never performed in Australia. Adds extra 3-5 dates in Aus. Stops in UKs, promotes the single-tour and the album with a performance. Returns in the US. Films the video of Gypsy, rests for 4-5 days, edits the video and releases it and returns on Tour. Perfect.

She'll probably stay in bed 24/7 watching reality tv + eating NY hotdogs

doing another 10 or so dates won't do any more damage than the already scheduled dates.

It would be so short if her tour has only 70+ something dates. She's the touring force (along with Beyoncé) of this generation. Many fans want to see her. Better don't crush their dreams Gags Hopefully it'll outgross BTWB a little bit.

No way will ArtRave outgross TBTWB. The show had a lot of stadium dates and almost 100 shows. The ArtRave needs something like 40-50 more shows to outgross it.

That didn't even answer the question. I asked how would doing one more show in NZ break her hip, not IF it would.  I mean she could have added a show in NZ instead of one of the extra Syd/Melb shows to be fair to her NZ fans. I'm not saying she should add like 50 more dates to the tour and i understand she needs to take it easier than in the past, so please don't get your pants in a twist. People speculate in here - they say it'd be nice for her to tour here or there....doesn't mean they believe it's going to happen or anything.

And it's MUCH easier to get a hit in Australia/East-Asia.. one promo spot in Japan can make a song go Top 3 on iTunes for 3 days or make a 3-year old smash hit return into the top 50 for a week. Hell, having a song by you played in the background at a music show for ~15 seconds is enough for it to re-enter Top 100 and it's quite easy  in other Asian countries too :cry: and in Australia, you simply promote Australians really love EDM. It's such a shame Gaga didn't promote there, because dance pop is still quite big there

Australians love music in general and I think are willing to give new things a try. We'll see what happens if she does some promo here...not holding my breathe though. :(
