I cant find anything about 36000 € price. Ticketmaster says that that the biggest price for Dubai is 396 €. Its more than usual, but it isnt 36000 €.

It only looks empty mainly because everyone is moving towards the stage and for safety reasons, people aren't allowed to be too far back from the stage. Also, you shouldn't let those twitter accounts bother you. They are just pathetic people who obsess and find pleasure in watching Gaga fall. Just ignore it. :)

I think you are right, i was checking "ticket prices" which is not the same price as in the description of the event  :)
