I'm not sure about the clothes but I plan on wearing a few rainbow loom bracelets (3 on each wrist), glow stick bracelets ( 2 on each wrist maybe?), 2 glow stick necklaces, and I'll be dying my hair with washable blue paint. Just the outfit is mind-boggling! I have no idea what to wear, I can't make anything ugh..
