Whether someone has it for a 99 cent discount or forcing 100% sales to itunes in exchange for itunes hyping it with special adverts. BTW is still Amazon's biggest seller ever. For DWUW, it will take hard work to make it a top 10 hit. Several high profile performances, a video, top 10 radio support. If someone with low profile did DWUW it probabaly wouldn't trouble the top 20. It wasn't doing anything for awhile though. It was in the twenties below where DWUW is, below Uncon, then all the sudden it took off and its in the low teens.
