Do the makers of the commercial contact the label, or does the label contact the commercial makers? Typically the commercial makers would put in a request, and some artists wouldn't let their music be used. Any songs used after it's a long running hit (Roar) probably like this. Kelly's (Explicit and Clean), Rick Ross' (Explicit) and Christina's (Explicit and Clean). Is the Xtina clean version still available? It was charting earlier, now it's nowhere found.
