To me, at least.The Update is dark green and the ratio didn't increase a lot because its still night in the US. I think she needs to release it today for it to have a big impact while the performance is still fresh on everyone's minds. If she releases the MV today, she could still possibly hit Top 5 with DWUW, maybe better, maybe worse. Otherwise, each day we wait, the less of an impact the video will have.
